Cancellations
Customers may cancel a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
For cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time, we reserve the right to retain up to 100% of the fare paid. This is to cover costs incurred in allocating and dispatching vehicles and drivers.
Any refund, whether full or partial, shall be at our sole discretion.
Advance Payment
We reserve the right to require full or partial payment in advance for any booking at our sole discretion.
Where advance payment is requested, the booking will not be confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
Failure to make any requested advance payment may result in the booking being declined or cancelled without liability on our part
Up-front Deposits
Please be aware, we will take deposits on certain journeys at the discretion of Roadrunners. This is mostly for long distance journeys where we have to send a driver from afar (eg Manchester Airport).
Please allow for extra time when travelling longer distances. Please see below an estimate of the time it takes to arrive at:
- Leeds- Bradford : 90 Minutes
- Manchester Airport: 240 Minutes
- London: 300 minutes
