Crossgates is the home of Roadrunners and is where our main office is located. As one of Leeds’ biggest taxi companies, we know a lot about this amazing city and have to say that Cross Gates is one of our favourite parts of the city.
This small part of East Leeds has become increasingly popular over the years and is now considered as one of the best areas to live in the city. It’s certainly amongst the most up-and-coming areas in West Yorkshire and we’re very lucky to have our taxi office in this part of East Leeds.
There’s so many things to do in the area and we’ll list just some of the below.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area and of course a lot of friendly people (It is Yorkshire after all).
Manston Park just down from our office on Austhopre Road is a great place to relax and we’re lucky to have it on our doorstep. There’s a football pitch there along with a children’s playground and its within walking distance of the main shopping centre, the popular Crossgates Shoppping Centre, which is another reason why we rate Crossgates so highly.
The area is also has great links with the local area and it’s easy to get to Leeds City centre without too much hassle. It has its own train station making it convenient if you need to go further afield.
Roadrunners Leeds are proud to be serving the local Leeds community and being in the middle of Crossgates means we are at the heart of the local community here and are very grateful to have had their support over the years, which is the main reason for our continued growth.
